It was a guy called Shaun Henderson. Seemed really helpful, replied within 10 mins of each email, 4 in total. I made the templates this evening, will send them out tomorrow and see what happens I suppose!

Loops closed - the original contact left there in the Autumn.
Got back in touch with the MD who is now on the case and has connected my earlier notes with H's so in theory this should make some progress soon.
