Exhaust 1984 scirocco Gtx

Post by si1856 »

Hi all,

Not much more to do before she's back on the road. Welding to rear sill - floor areas and rear overhaul but I am at a cross roads when it comes to the exhaust. Looking at lots of updates on the forum regarding Jerez exhausts but are there any alternatives? Fitted a new German down pipe but looking for centre and rear. Would like a single pipe tailpipe possibly slightly upswept - any ideas or recommendations? Anyone selling anything similar ?

Cheers Si

Nip to your local powerflo, bespoke is what they do best.

However nothing wrong with Jetex gear either.

I went the custom made stainless route. The main reason being cost and lifespan. For what jetex were selling a mild steel system for I got a stainless system made and fitted with a choice of about 15 different tailpipes. And a lifetime guarantee.

Ben.
