New Front Indicators MK2

Hi, does anybody have a link as to where I could get the above? Or alternatively a price from VW, if still available?

Gsf seem to list them £20.75 a side plus the vat, part numbers 953VG0710 and 953VG0720 obsolete through vw afaik

Thread resurection time !

I need a front right hand indicator assembly for ours (thanks to a bin wagon hitting it whilst parked outside our house :()

It seems GSF nor Heritage do them any more :( (and those part numbers above seem to be rear ones anyway, I think)

Anyone got any thoughts on where else I might getr one ? (need it urgently)

Assuming you're after orange ones, not clear or smoked? Had a rummage and I've only got a left hand one sorry. Put a wanted ad up, someone will have one stashed away somewhere

If I have to, I will buy a pair of the smoked ones off one of the German websites advertising them, but would rather stay standard on this car.

If you are still looking, I don't know why Heritage don't show them, they are available according to VW Classic Parts, 533953050 is the p/n.

Or you can get them on German Ebay.

Thanks for that info DT1 - I hade a look on http://www.volkswagen-classicparts.de/b ... dex_e.html and found that part number and some others, but it does not state which is nearside and which is offside

You were looking for a right hand indicator so that is the p/n I gave.

533953049 is LHS

Ah, yes, I should have written that better. A quick "Google" confirmed at the time that the number you gave was RHS. What I meant to imply was that it was odd that the partfinder does not state RHS / LHS.

Tis a shame no-one in the UK seems to have stock. DT1's German Ebay link is for a RHS one ( HERE)

German efficiency, they assume that the part number you enter is correct for the part that you are looking for, no need for any extra info.
