Silicon hoses

Post by essextom »

Looking for some silicon hoses for my 8v carb. Anyone know where I can get some black ones for a Rocco? Or if mk1 golf ones will fit?

Another option is to just make your own set, like I did.

I think I'm going to see if a mk1 set will fit, if not I will do as you have and make my own set.

Mk1 set will fit. Just get the right set for your year of car, i.e. up to 84.5 or 84.5 onwards. Samco do a black kit of main and auxiliary hoses, or get them from Mk1 Autohaus in the USA.
