mk1 brake light switch
Can anyone tell me how the mk1 brake light switch is wired? Mine originally had the pressure switches on the master cylinder - 2 switches wired in parallel, each with 3 wires. This is going to be swapped for a mechanical switch on the pedal

Re: mk1 brake light switch
If memory serves, there is more than one type of brake-light switch.
Although you have told us what your set-up is, so I'm sure that's enough info!

Re: mk1 brake light switch
I'm pretty sure these end up as two wires going back thru the bulkhead. When I did this on the Storm I just extended the wiring and fitted a metal BMW brake pedal switch.Nate wrote: 2 switches wired in parallel, each with 3 wires.
