Spotted a dark green mk2 (j reg I think) with colour coded kit on Friday evening near Whitehall road in Leeds. I was in my green mk3 golf, only saw you at last second but I think you nodded at me, or maybe I imagined that bit lol. Looked very tidy!

V reg GLS in gold.108k miles, been resprayed and apparently its had all the usual stuff done. parked next to me in narborough. Chatted to owner, its for sale wants £2k. I will admit that i am tempted to buy it myself but I have to resist temptation. if interested pm me and i will tell you whats what re condition and will pass your details to owner.
If it is not broken, Do not fix it !!!

both the front wings are fiberglass if thats a good clue. it also had a scirocco register sticker in the rear window

Yes, it's the same one. If he just wants his money back, there should be some movement possible in the price, if I recall correctly.
