front seat tilt cable

Has anyone got a clear pic or diagram of where the longer tilt cable is positioned? I'm trying to do mine without completely removing the cover and its proving difficult to see which parts the cable feeds through for it to work properly.

Yeah saw that but its not clear enough as to where the cable is fitted i.e which holes its fed through.
