Electric Window Switches

My electric window switch on the drivers side currently looks like this:

... Which funnily enough, doesn't work (It came like this when I bought it), however the single switch on the passenger side does work.

Would something like this : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-Ele ... 43b173d531 work as a direct replacement? If not, what would? (For cheap)
