Switched live from the blower fan switch

Post by DJPremier »

Evening all. Just after a sanity check. Wiring in new HiFi at the weekend. Need a switched live and folk here suggest most convenient one is a split off from the live to the blower switch. But.. which wire !

All answers gratefully recieved, including 'leave it to a professional'. Arf.

Have a top weekend. Dave V.

I have a switched live from my blower on my Scala, I can't remember which colour I took the feed from though. I consulted my Haynes wiring diagram, it was the main live to the switch that works only with the ignition on.

I took a live feed directly from the battery with a in line fuse. if you feed the wire through the antena gromit, jobs a good un and no loosing your stereo when the ignition is off

If it is not broken, Do not fix it !!!

There should be a live from the back of your fuse box, I think its "P" on the fuse box. Put a volt meter on them and see which free ones are live with the ignition on.
