Hello!
I wondering if anyone have put a Audi 100 2,3 (NF) 5-cyl engine into a scirocco mk1?
Or is it impossible? Too much work for it to be worth it?
That's more torque in the audi NF engine in comparison with a golf mk2 16v KR enginge and the engine sound in the 5-cyl audi is really cool with the right exhaust on it :)
Would be nice to see such a construction into a scirocco mk1 :)
Swap engine in mk1 to a Audi 5 cyl?

Re: Swap engine in mk1 to a Audi 5 cyl?
go for the later V5 lump? VR6 goes in there, and it's basically the same engine with 1 cylinder missing. you can pick up a newish car complete for not much money if you go for a Seat or Skoda. they are heavy though

Okey, a v5 sounds like it's a quite interesting operation :)
It can definitely be an option later when it approaching engine replacement, we'll see :)
