I have had my fair share of crap cars!

Mostly when something was needed as cheaply and quickly as possible

My Worst have nearly all been fords though:
1993 Mondeo - Turbo Diesel - Slooooooooooow! took an age for the turbo to kick in
1994 Fiesta 1.4 LX - The LX bit is important as it meant comfier seats than normal! - Again slooooow but i was desperate for a car and it only cost me £60 (with mot and tax!)
1991 Escort 1.3 - SLOOOOOW and horrible and crap and crap crap crap crap hated that car but again got me out of a hole and was only £150, 80,000 miles on the clock one owner from new, full service history and T&T
1992 Renault Clio AUTO! - This was definitely the slowest car i have ever driven! It was free as the previous owner had left it in a car park and the car park flooded :hehe: , on the provisio that i took it away i could have it for nowt. Lasted 2 months before the MOT ran out and i sold it on for £65

Strangely though one of the best cars i had was a Renault Laguna RT MK1 - 1.8 petrol 8v engine. The most comfortable car to drive, the seats were awesome. Lasted me 4 years before i sold it on. Cost £1100, 4 years later sold it for £900 so not bad! Very very good on petrol too, only probs i had were a dickie immobilisor at first (easily sorted) then one of the coil packs died, £35 to replace :good: Unfortunately someone drove into the back of me on my 24th birthday and didnt stop, insurers and police were useless so i never got a pay out. Got a new boot lid off ebay for £50 and fitted it with the help of a mate (those things are heavy without the gas struts holding them up!) and all was good again! I'd definitely have another one, infact if anyone has a diesel version kicking around let me know! :hehe:

WiLL......
