Rear Top Mount Bushes

Post by pajsh »

Just got some Bug Pack poly bushes for the rear top mounts from VW Heritage and they are really really solid hard (red) plastic with practically no give at all.

I think they are too hard and I'm thinking of changing to something like Superpro or similar but I've struggled to find much on the net so far.

With the back being so light (stripped out) I thinking having it too hard will make the back end too loose. I can soften up the damping with my new Spax coilies though.

Anyone got any experience of these Bugpack ones. Car is for road and track use.
Is that light at the end of the tunnel or a train coming the other way?
