I pulled a few leaves out of the NSF lower dash vent but there still looks like there is more debris in there. Ill try to dismantle it when I get some free time.

I get smoke from the heater vents when I switch the blower motor on. It is definately smoke because it reeks like chimney If I dont have the heater motor on, there is no smoke. Sounds really daft but could it be because the car has been sitting for approx 10yrs and its debris and rubbish in venting ...
