I get smoke from the heater vents when I switch the blower motor on. It is definately smoke because it reeks like chimney

window seals between glass and door panel (TGB call them scraper seals if that helps any)

door apperature seals, door seals, possibly window channel seals (the ones the window sits in as it goes up and down)

they are cracked and curling at the edges due to lack of maintenance, care, attention etc ...
