No one? It must be either mechanical not releasing ( the rods) or something hydraulic being under pressure, either the master cylinder or even a collapsed internally flexi pipe.

I have a 92 GT2. It passed an MOT about 6 weeks ago. It has new calipers and new 5.1 fluid. After using hard pedal pressure the front brakes bind. I have one that came with a package of spares. I have never fitted it so can not be 100% sure it is for a Mk2 although no reason to disbelieve the seller. The other parts were OK and definately Mk2. I could put some pictures up. How would £15 collected from Wigan be?
