Going from carb - k-jet I think you'll need to change the fuel tank as well as the lines so that you get the tank mounted lift pump. I'm not 100% on this but seem to remember reading that whilst considering options for my conversion.

I'd considered the same thing but apparently the EFI and Carb ...
