Knocking under turning

When turning hard at slow speeds, usually at full lock, there is a knocking noise coming from the floor. CV's seem to be alright, as well as balljoints and trackrod ends. Wondered if this was a common fault or if anyone has had this before?

Worn CV's normally the culprit for knocking on full lock. Don't know how you determine that the CV's seem to be alright. It could also be the front spring is not seated correctly.
