I don't come on here enough.

Yeah its MOT time and if wasn't going to bad enough my horn keeps blowing fuses. Its ment to have a 15 amp fuse in, that popped. So i tried a 20, 25 then a 30 just to bodge it for the MOT. Its not a complex system looking at the wireing diagram (I'd to point out that i'm a mechanical tech and believes electrical things are the work of the devil cos you can't see it!) but I can't find the answer! :dash:

Can you help?

does it blow the fuse when you puss the horn, or just randomly?

does it make any noise? could you get away with putting a new fuse in so it goes beep when the tester tries it?

if it doesn't make a noise, have you tried connecting the horn straight to the battery? it may have seized up inside. decent squirt of wd may sort it

Its popping the fuses as I trun the key and put the electrics on.

My MOT is in under 2 hours, i'll take the hit and find out what else is wrong witht the car.
