hi everyone. im gonna be changing the timing belt on the rocko as its comming up to 80000miles but have come accross two different diagrams for the timing marks on autodata, both are for the EX engine on the gtII. one for the rear of the cam pulley that lines up with the head. the other is a mark on the front of the pulley and lines up with the plastic part of the timing chest behind it. which one should i use because my rocco has both marks front and rear of the pulley.
thanks
james

You should use the one that faces the head and line it up with the top front corner of the head.

The mark on the outside of the pulley that faces the wing, would be used if the pulley was fitted to the intermediate shaft. The pulley fits both cam and intermediate shaft, which is why it has a mark on each side.
