Seat tilt cables - where's the site with instructions?

There used to be a link somewhere on the old forum to a site showing how to change seat tilt cables, but I can't find it - tried searching the Scirocco UK forum too, but no luck, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Ta very much - I did do a search on relevant terms, but it didn't come up, maybe the 'search' function doesn't 'reach' the FAQ?
It's also not the same instructions I remember (based on the photos) but very welcome!
