Completely stuck at the first dam hurdle. Can't seem to get the top cover off, i've undone and removed the two nuts holding it to the rocker, and the large allen head nut at the side. It wont budge, is there a nut i;ve missed?
Or is it just likely to be covered in crap, theres quite a bit of grease etc around there.

After much colourful language, it is free. Turned out it had just stuck itself to the lower cover. Mystery solved! Now onto the next step..

Yeah the top cover just gets stuck. Needs a bit of gentle persuasion! Everything else should come apart fairly easily, just make sure you've got all the bolts out of the bootom cover because its only made of plastic and easy to crack if you're being rough.

And we're done. Belt went on a piece of piss :)
Only problem i had was putting it back together, one of the top bolts that hold the cover in place was fubared, so had to remove it and rethread it and the head. All back together now and running! On with the ignition timing tmoz! But for now... a beer :D
