Scirocco Register

I'm trying to sort out a Mk2 storm (so the 1.8 injection) that hasn't started for about 12 years,
Everythings turning over fine except the fuel pump isn't working.
I've traced this to the relays, but not sure which relay numbers want to fit into which slots. (It appears the
fuel pump relay isn't there)
I've looked at some of the old posts but none of them seem to match up with whats going on with mine.
By the haynes manuel's way of numbering the slots I've got:
1-2 = no relays
3 = 5
4-5 = no relay
6 = 53
7 = no relay
8 = 18
9 = no relay
10 = 19
11 = 20
12 = 21
13 = Relay with no number
14 = 53
15 = 33
16 = 43
17 = A Fuse
18 = no slot available (Although according to haynes I should have a relay here)

Any one know what relays I need and if any of the others are in the wrong place?

so your missing the fuel pump relay i would think its probably relay no 167
