Now to mentally justify the premium they no doubt hold compared to blade fuses...

Although according to the schpeeeel, they'll effectively replace 300 standard blade fuses. Could be handy for specific circuits

I sell these at work. They're designed as a tool not a permanent fit. Too expensive to make sense as a permanent fit.

Actually dunno about that Kieran... say 20 fuses replaced (I think they were a fiver each or summat?) There's £100... now compare that to say a set of samco hoses?

I know where I'd spend my money :D Tool or otherwise, they're still cool.

btw, I am not slarging off Samco hoses, I just personally couldn't bring myself to spend £100 on a few bits of pipe. Although I probably will in the end just to ease my conscience about how cool they look and the fact I'd HAVE to have them on the car!! :D

What I mean is, you use it to test a fault until it's fixed and is therefore no longer tripping the fuse. Then you can put a normal one in as it won't blow because the fault is no longer there. Surely once a fuse has blown 3 times you know you have a fault and so you fix it ASAP rather than let it happen 20 times and just keep replacing the fuse!

Fiver each - where are you buying fuses? I could give you ten for that money! Also, if you're interested in these resettable ones, I'll sort some out for you. Let me know - I work in an electrical spares wholesalers so fuses, bulbs, crimp terminals, etc. are less than half what halfords charge.

Schweet... and yep, I know what you mean about them resetting, but they do look good ;) lol.

I think hte annoying thing about fuses is getting the little buggers out when you need to change them. The idea of resettable ones just appeals to me, especially as my fusebox is getting a slight relocation.

IU'll be in touch on the offer though buddy, much appreciated. :buddy:

My pleasure matey. Yeah, know what you mean about getting them out. Expensive solution though, resettable fuses.

I know... but how cool, lol. There's a snob factor involved in them too...

"Oh, my fuses are resettable" haha :hehe:
