lower strut brace

has anyone got a lowered strut brace fitted? if so could you post up a piccie to show me the way it fits on the car and is there any downside to fitting one?

That's the OMP one dude, just bolts onto the wishbone bolts
Swear by these bud, totally worth the dollar. No downsides to report at all from me
