can you bolt a 16v straight into a 1.8 gt ex? What else would i need? same with the 2e bottom end?

2E is a straight bolt on but you may need a spacer in the exhaust manifold to down pipe connection as it sits 16mm higher. Other than that, a straight swap.

16v will be fuel injected rather than car'b, so a few things are different. There's loads of info on this in the FAQ mate
