Removing this riple!
I've tried gently pushing it out from the inside, and even gave it a few love taps from the hammer with some wood..Short of really bashing it I don't know what to do...Ideas?

Another pick after the bump strip has been removed.

cold chisel right at the front of the seam might work, it may pop it all out.

Even if you get the most of the crease out along the midline that look like a nasty fold at the doorframe.
I'd be surprised if that pops out.
Fingers crossed.

I tried various things today, peices of wood and hammering, clamping, allsorts. Can't get that fold near the door frame to budge..I think once that comes out the rest will sort itself alot easier.
Depressing :(
Why can't people take more care when parking in a tight spot.

you're never gonna get that panel straight without filler. get it the best you can and whack on the isopon. might be worth having a shot with a slide hammer?
