I see Steve Bain has just signed up as a user from the old forum - his Storm featured a very neat mirror solution i seem to recall - pics later.
That otherwise lovely dark coloured E38 20vT GT11 had some of those awful chrome/bullet mirrors fitted when I last saw it, these may have been transferred to the recently unveiled at UD silver GTL.

wahey, yeah i'm here! been a busy bee with moving house and renovation, beetle project etc. the rocco has been off the road since xmas when the mot ran out. it has an mot (one bulb) and i drove to work today. yay. pics....
doug had bullets which i never liked as i felt they were odd. fair game for trying it though. apart from that i've never seen anything else....

yeah yeah steve, we will redirect back to old domain at end of April, this one in use while we carry stuff over etc etc.

i remember seeing one in a mag feature having the bullet mirrors ^^^ is that the same one?

pretty sure it would have been - an earlier shot from the archive -
the then owner also has the P reg silver Mk1 TS that gets trailored to shows i believe.

I do like the bike mirrors, I had them on my old Cavalier that was featured in Max Power back in the day

I have M3 mirrors on mine.... Not overkeen on them in general, but they sort of suit the car.

I bought those M3 style ones from some guy up Sheffield way, then realised my mistake and sold them to Orion for the Reiger, which is about the only Rocco that could hope to look right with them on

ashrocco. i got em from demon tweeks. there just called racing mirrors. try ebay....
