Scirocco Register

My new speedo cable has just stopped again!
I onlt fitted it and a new drive that goes into the gearbox 2 weeks ago.
Out for a blast tonight, stopped again.

Any advice?

check that the plastic drive gear at gearbox end hasn't come loose and fallen into the box -remove cable at gearbox to check.

or/and

did you use the correct plastic clip at the clocks? if not the cable may have worked loose.

I hope its the latter.
