If you're talking about the rear wishbone mounts, the VW Workshop Manual says:
If a stud shears when removing the nuts securing rear axle to body:
1. Drill through using 8.0 mm diameter drill
2. Tap M10 thread
3. Secure rear axle to body with M10 x 40 bolts (tensile class 10.9)
If you're talking about the welded nut for the front suspension front wishbone mounting, there is a procedure for renewing that also, which is a whole lot more complex. This involves grinding and drilling out welds, bending the metalwork away to access and chisel out the damaged nut, welding in a replacement nut, closing and rewelding the metalwork, fabricating, drilling and plug welding in place a large reinforcement plate, before finally sealing seams, undersealing and filling the cavity with foam.
