PROJECT SCOPOPHOBIA

Post by GRINNER »

Here we are, from the start...

PROJECT SCOPOPHOBIA
(the fear of been seen)

I bought this 1990 Scala 1.8i in April 2008 for £1000!
Only 68k on the clock and it looked great.

Image

As soon as I could I dropped it on coilovers on to 15" Ronal LS's

A cool pic with a Jag :pilot:
Image

Then my lass got me these made for me, AWESOME! :vcool:
Image
Image

Then I got these bits and bobs, anything with an iron cross i'll buy! :vcool:

Nice puddle shot,

Then the fog lights came off,

And another iron cross, this time rear view mirror!
Image

...and no mk2 would be complete without clear front and side indicaters
Image

Thats it for now , i'm still working on the ice as I keep blowing fuses. :dash:
In the future i'll respraying it and cleaning up the engine.

Thanks for taking time to have a little look. :nerner:

Cheers for the wheel info. I was looking at the Ronal LS wheels on this site. They are 15 x 7.5 with 195/50/15 tyres and look a little too stretched for my liking.

How do the 195/45/15 look close up?

Sorry to be a pain.

LOL!

I should pay attention to this bit, I did't know people had commented. :wakey:
Thanks for the positive feed back, Ben_realrides feel free to have a poke about when ever you want (was it clean when you saw it? Cos it ofter is not)

I love my wheels, I'm right on the limit of scrubbing on the front archs. I could go lower but this it ok.

I used the same wheel bolts that were on before, as the spacer came with it own bolts as it bolts the the hub first then the wheel bolts tot the spacer.

Archs are now rolled as of this morning!

Here is the beast,
Image

Here it is on,
Image

See how the flexably bodykit moves away!
Image
Image

And that'll do,
Image
Image

I still have 4 screws holding the bodykit on, just the top 2 removed and it should be fine.
