Hello......My recently acquired GTX has the usual issue with drivers seat base bolster collapse and fabric wear. Does anyone know what the grey fabric covering the bolster is called? Were there other vehicles that fabric was used on? Recommendations for suppliers would also be appreciated.
Thanks
Malc..

Can you upload a picture so we can see which fabric you have?

You might find the fabric codes in the original sales brochure, many available here:

You might find the actual fabric for sale here:

That's the trim and paint colour in my GTX . So, it's the grey fabric for the side bolster I'm hoping to source or, a complete seat in better nick than mine? Or a spare seat that some fabric could be salvaged from? Any help or advice gratefully received.

I have the same problem with the grey side bolster material for the driver's seat on a 1988 GT. Having seen the brochure it looks like the 'GQ' code for the fabric. Any help on sourcing the material would be greatly appreciated.

I feel your pain gents. My own code is XK, unique to the GL spec.

The Werk34 website is very good in that it has the pinstripe velour material, but oddly, it doesn't have the plain grey surround velour.

Very frustrating...

I have some original seats and original trim all used. One is the GT type and the other is Mk1 but I done know the trim code. Send me a message if you want/need photos.
