Scirocco Register

Where's a good source for the metal and plastic trim fixing parts? Having taken the clocks out and centre console out a couple of times, some of the metal clips don't bite anymore and a couple of the plastic fixing poppers have broken.

There seems to be a lot of suppliers online but I can't seem t find the exact bits. Any suggestions to try and narrow it down?
