Factory sunroof postion

Could anyone get me some measurements for the factory sunroof position?
I'm restoring a gtx an want to weld in the original sunroof.

Are you going to make the hole yourself or do yo have a roof with the original hole in it you are going to place ?.

I have a golf2 roofskin with sunroof.
Plan is to weld in just the rim for the sunroof and then the assembly underneath the roof.

Good luck wit that job then, is going to be hell of a job to get the sv=ceet metal in without warping the rest of the roof.
Those measurements you will probably only find in a Body repair shop because manuals just have maintenance in them.
I have an English manual but nothing on placement measures in there.
So best is to get a Scirocco with the roof and measure one on one at the spot.

It might pay to find someone close so you can take the measurements yourself.
