Does onyone have some pics of fitting the SA cluch kit and fitting it
Ive got a vacuume pipe coming through next to tge cable so i assume that is one hole to use and drill another

The pictures in this thread have disappeared thanks to photobucket, but if you google Scirocco South Africa Clutch Kit Bulkhead and look at the images, the pictures of the gold engine bay are the ones you need.

i had to drill one new hole so i suppose your right the other existing hole could be for your vac pipe
the connecting rod between the kit mech and the pedal i found to be too short so i made my own.
i also needed to drill the original hole round
other than that it was a doddle

once i could see where it was going to go i beefed up both sides with 2 mm plate and bored the original clutch hole round with a cone drill.
its pretty sturdy now.
you can also see in the bottom picture just how close the bar linkage is to the bulkhead which is why i made the longer one
