Its Tornado red in generally very good order and has a full Webasto roof that Im assuming was fitted at PDI as was common in the late 80s early 90s, the top of the dash has split in several places.

The interior and upholstery is in absolutely fine condition, no staining or damage. The engine runs nice and sweet. Gearbox feels nice but these are largely bullet proof boxes and has recently had a new clutch kit fitted.

Its been stored for the majority of the last 7 years as a showroom car at a VW dealership. It was continually Motd and maintained but covered very little road mileage, in fact it has covered around 7000 miles over the last ten years.


All in all this is a good straight car that is priced to sell, it needs a few minor things doing but this is reflected in the price.

This is genuinely a nice car that needs to be driven.

Well, ive been using it for the last few days and it runs like a bluebird, now in two minds whether to sell or not, reality is I need the cash!

Now running on a set of teardrop alloys complete with the often missing all important centre caps, The MOT is due, I will get it redone and will also get the cambelt and water pump replaced. Would consider a swap or PX for an Audi TT coupe
