Dear The Scirocco Register,

I wanted to email you with some exciting information on the new Deutsche Fest event, to be held at Brands Hatch circuit in Kent on 19/20 August 2017, and how your club can get involved.

Deutsche Fest will be a huge celebration of arguably the world’s greatest automotive nation. German food, German music, a vast trade area and an Oktoberfest style beer tent will combine with a weekend of motor racing, with an all-German line-up which includes the VW Racing Cup, BMWs in the new Z Cars series, plus famous race car demos, including F1.

We’re inviting local clubs to come along and display their members’ vehicles alongside cars from great German manufacturers such as Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen. Benefits include:

· A dedicated area for your club inside the venue, right at the heart of the action

· Automatic entry into our Show and Shine competition, with the winner crowned ‘Das Auto’ vehicle of the show

· Parade lap opportunity on the iconic Brands Hatch circuit

· Discounted admission: just £20 for a weekend ticket (which includes camping on our own site at the track, with full facilities) – normally £35!

We'll only commit to something if there is sufficient interest - minimum five cars.

I'm happy to go on a stand if you need some cars there. I'd need to know asap though to book time off work

I'd be up for this, can't guarantee motor will be finished though. Def pop along whatever.

OK - I've applied for a stand code but only three applicants, me , Bob Odogwu and Scirocco Shane Crosby thus far.
Once I get the code, as I understand things, people can then book to get the discount and access to the stand.

Please refer to post above re. sending me information - it seems they require a lot of info.in the aftermath of that gimp in the POLO who drove around the track during a race meeting few years back...

hi... i just went through to the checkout for Deutsche fest and at the checkout page applies the discount/promo code "scirocco" and it accepted it but didn't discount it to £20 as per this thread. Could you admin boys raise this with them?
I selected Weekend Admission ... as per above instruction?

Bob - have flagged. incidentally - did you use the word scirocco without the quotes? i.e just type in scirocco ?
