Sad news - Old Mac Rocco

Post by Old Mac Rocco »

It is with regret that the family of Old Mac Rocco (Sandy) inform you that he passed away on Sat 4th February.

He loved his car and attending the shows. He will be very sadly missed.

So sorry to hear this, my condolences.

I was in touch with him just a few weeks ago about meeting up, I wish we could have arranged something sooner.

I enjoyed spending time with him at shows, he was always helpful and very generous.

Sorry to hear the sad news, I had the pleasure of talking to Sandy a couple of times and he had such enthusiasm for the Scirocco and the register, he will be missed.

Sad news. He was a genuine enthusiast, always happy to help in any way he could, even if it was just with his seemingly endless supply of cakes and biscuits. He will be missed.

So sad to hear this. Sandy always made sure I was well fed whenever we met up. Spent many an hour clueless and covered in oil beside him. He will be missed awfully

My condolences to Laura-Jane and his family. He was a lovely helpful bloke and always had a little "shop" whenever he came to shows, and as others have said a boot with a flask and cake or sausage rolls which he would always share. RIP matey.

Another Stalwart of the club gone. R.I.P. Hope your in Scirocco heaven. Like Ian, I never met Sandy in person, only chatted over the phone or by PM. A top bloke who was even going to send me parts via either the Celtic or Rangers supporters club bus as both teams have a mass of fans that travel over nearly every other week to Glasgow from Belfast. Top bloke, sadly missed.
