Advice on buying from peoples own experience

Hi Folks.Well, after a year of running a Ford Focus ST-2 I have decided it is time to re enter the folds of the VW fraternity 
...I have learned my lesson !
So I wonder if i can pick the brains of any Mk3 Rocco owners about the potential purchase I am considering....details as follows.
2012 (12) mk3 Rocco in Blue
2.0 Ltr TDI Blue Motion (140 bhp)
Manual gearbox
69'000 miles
MOT was done End November and has a FSH
Asking price approx £9500
