The windscreen wiper fuse blows regularly -4/5 times a year on my 92 Rocco. No other component is covered by that fuse.
Any thoughts/advice on cause/fix?
I'm not gifted on electrics, so please be patient !!

check the wiper relay and the associated wiring as you may have a short somewhere.
the only other thing it can be is the wiper motor itself is seizing up blowing the fuse.
there is an upgrade for the wiper motor by using a doner from a newer car but i cant remember which model you can use.
lastly check in the haynes manual that you have the correct rated fuse.
