HT LEADS.

We need to get some new HT LEADS put on Sally as they very old and she has been cutting out.When we have stopped some were.She has had new spark plugs last year.And we do less then a 1,500 miles a year.This one's I'am looking at

This is what sort we want anybody off here now of any other sets like this or sets that they recommend like this ? Many thanks to all those who can help it is more then appreciated.

i bought some leads from this guy and had no issues.

I use Bosch leads as that's what VW used, Beru are meant to good as well.
I replace my HT leads every 3 to 4 years.

true
but ive allways wondered why euro car parts charge £20 for the full set yet vw charge £25 a lead and £30 for the king lead.
because of that im still not convinced they are the origenal spec/quality.
still what ever works, i just like the pretty colours you can get the performance leads in

I go to a Bosch motor factors and get a Bosch set for about £30.
My last set I got from ebay for 99p plus delivery, I was lucky with those!

We all so have a DX engine these look very good and cheaper then the set I have found on ebay .Thanks very much.I will check the feed back before I commit my self to buying them first of all.

I don't think the ones in the link will fit as my leads for a DX engine have the metal covers over the spark plugs and I have the pin type dissy cap and in the link they say they don't fit dissy caps with a pin?
They should look like this

the standard set i already have on mine are almost identical to the blue ones mentioned in the ebay ad, and have had no problems with them in the year they have been fitted.. also, if you double check in the description of both ad's , they both do the gti version ( always believed the gti was the the dx engine ?? )

They have come in the post fitted she seems be starting up much better now.
