proof of club membership

hi guys and gels,
ive just insured my car with adrian flux and for the first time ever i have been asked for proof of club membership.
is it possible to get proof of member ship emailed to me so i can give it to them as i cant find my member ship card at the moment, and even if i did i dont think they will accept it as proof.
