Hi all,

I need the adjusting screws for a headlight and sidelight unit. I required some for the full beam unit and got them from ebay which match the golf. However the headlight ones are slightly bigger and cant find them anywhere, been to a local dealer and they discontinued them in 2007. Does anyone know if another vehicle uses them that are still available. Read another thread the other day and seen someone mention the golf ones again but they are to small unless I got the wrong ones. Any help much appreciated cars in for MOT this weekend, cars not been on road since 1997. Big occasion and don't want to miss it haha

Numbers 7 and 8 on the vagcat diagram. 7a and 8a are the ones that are smaller. Part No. 533941141 and 533941133

If this guy lists them then you can get via VW Classic Parts on VW Heritage.

Watch out, these are only suiteble for the inner lights.

If you look at the picture at the top you will see that the part numbers are different.

But I do find the price a bit steep, almost 3 x than VW

im sure i used mk2 golf ones off ebay.
if not mk2 golf then e30 bmw lights use the same adjusters dont they or at least the plastic bits are?

these are the mk2 headlight adjusters i used plus the screw is brass so no more rust!
