What issues? The reason I ask is the electrics on both MK's are basic and fairly easy to solve problems.

Sounds a fairly easy list to solve with a few hours and a multi meter.
First things first, have you checked the fuses and changed relays for known working ones?

Pump, I'm assuming you mean fuel pump? If so is it an injection car as a carbed fuel pump is mechanically driven?

Heater, have you checked you have power going to the motor? Switches are usually the fist things to give in.

Headlights, are the bulbs working? Is there 12v going to the lights? Are your earths clean?

Rear lights, if they are on all the time I would suspect a knackered switch and/or poor earths.

Horn, again is there power and how clean is the earth?

Wipers, motor working? If the motor is working suspect the switch and/or poor earth.

I know it is a ball ache of a job but clean up every earth you can find and ensure your engine is earthed to the bulkhead, usually a strap from the coil clamp.
