MK1 clear indies ( later wrap around type)

Not really up to speed on mk1 bits, bit am i right in guessing that mk1 clears are even harder to get hold off than mk2 ones ?

You'll find them essentially impossible. They were produced by a friend of mine in the US in very small numbers for a limited amount of time a few years ago. To the best of my knowledge, the project isn't still on, but it's worth asking.
She might still have a pair kicking around, your best bet is visit her website:
http://www.funksoulkitty.org/ and send her an email. She isn't the speediest to reply, even she admits that, but tell her polov8 sent ya.

I just talked to her and she doesn't have any left.
If she can track down the jackass that has her original molds for them, then maybe VIntage Rubber will buy the molds from her and start re-producing these.
