Mk2 Storm (Cosmos) - correct colors for rear STORM decal?

Calling all Mk2 Cosmos Storm owners who have their *original* rear SCIROCCO STORM decals:

Look very closely at the light-colored outline around the 'STORM' lettering on your car. [Pointed to by the yellow arrow in the picture]

Would you say that:
(A) The outline is printed in Light Silver
(B) The outline is printed in White
(C) The outline is the body color (Cosmos) showing through a clear stripe in the decal

Please cast your votes, thanks in advance.

And while we're at it, I would claim that the 'STORM' letter color is Mars Red. Agree?

From that picture I would say it is either silver or white. Definately not body coloured. Unfortunately I only have a lowly gt so looking at mine won't help much.

It is silver. I scanned what was left of the original decal when I peeled it off of my Storm.


I think I left it clear on the JPG so that the replacement one I had made was body colour. I can't be sure as I've been to bed since then.

Edit. Yes, I think Mars red would be appropriate for the STORM lettering.
