Hi

I can get no power to engine.

Could not get a spark so trying to solve problem when a friend was helping one night and spoke started coming out of dash turned key off and dash lights would not go out.

Dash lights then went out and work correctly on key turn

A wire had melted in fuse box but repared that all lights work dash lights work but can get no 12v power to coil or tci unit and disi sensor

You need to identify which bit if wire has lost it's magic smoke, and why. Then replace it. Could be a wire chaffed on something? Hopefully it has blown a fuse, which should help you identify which circuit you're gonna be looking at
