Got bit giddy with stripes. What yous reckon?
Excuse the muck on it (and the location)!
All opinions welcome, good and bad. Although the purists among us ("original or nothing" types) may as well not bother as we all know they won't like it!
Should be interesting to tot up the FORs and AGAINSTs
Cheers all!

what sort of tape is it and where do you get it from
Re: Got bit giddy with stripes. What yous reckon?
Nice!
Think the grille looks spot on, wheels too!
Like the rear clusters, makes a change from clear/black/white
Not sure on the exhaust outlet, think the red on red doesn't quite look right

That's just a bit of wet where I wiped the crap off the pipe.

Love the wheels and rear lights, the grille I like but something not right with the front end?
what would it look like without the eyebrow and bonnet protection strip or them both painted red?
front end looks too driven through Halfords for me at the mo!

Might take the fogs back off. Got damage on the kit though (car rolled into kerb due to weak handbraking) and they're hiding it a bit. Shall I take the stripes off the badge? Maybe get a black one?

I didn't expect to, but I actually like the grille, it's different. I'd lose the grille spoiler though

Re: Got bit giddy with stripes. What yous reckon?
That exhaust was fitted when I bought the car, it's just the back box. It's far too noisy, I constantly get screwface looks, people obviously thinking "look at that nob head" coz it sounds like I'm ragging it like a boy racer tit when I'm just accelerating ever so slightly faster than normal pace. I love the look of it and how snug it fits the cut-out, but it's really embarrassing. I might sell it. I've got a full powerflow system coming soon but the pipe won't look as good as that so I don't know what to do!
I can get tape like that in any colour, width and length. If anyone wants any, give me a shout. The rear clusters took a 20M roll of 3mm at £9 and the wheels and grille took a 10M roll of 6mm at £5
That "bonnet protector strip" is just electrical insulation tape! Difficult to keep straight as it's stretchy. Needs a steady and patient hand. I put it on to cover all the rust spots on the lip. Might try it in red.
