I'm keeping the car the original colour, L98G - platium metalic.

Going to see it tommorow to see whats been done and get an update on when its going to be finished so I can let the trimmers know as
its also getting the Webasto roof retrimmed.

Been cleaning and polishing bits of chrome from the windows tonight.

Hopefully it will be home soon, getting excited. :yahoo:

I've been to see the car today, looking good so far, doors, bonnet, rear hatch all painted just need polishing.
Car still in primmer as you car see.

Spot the Corrado in the background, having rear flared wheel arches fitted. There was also a Mk2 E-type Jag in there which had a engine fire so it looked a bit crispy. That will be and expensive repair.

Looking good! Don't forget to replace the rubbing strips down the sides, the MK1s don't look the same without them.

Well been to see the car today, please with the results.

Need a new head linner fitted as the trimmer cant glue the old one back up where its has come away from the rear side window as you can see from the photos.
Still awaiting price for new one.

The only problem is that the there is now a chip in the paint on the drivers side sill, must of happened at the trimmers as spoke to the paint shop and he said it was not there when it left him on Wednesday but he will sort it out for me

Any one got any photos of a black head linner as thinking of getting on instead of white. My concern is that I got Black seats, door cards, carpet, dash might be a bit dark in there..

Thanks Ryan, Saw The Autocads car at Stanford hall but never really looked inside. Think I might be having a Black headlinner.
