SR National meet 02/08/14 Hotel

I will be arranging a hotel again for this years meet. I won't announce which hotel for obvious reasons but rest assured it is a quality establishment with great facilities (swimming pool, gym etc), and close by an inexpensive gastropub. The rooms are all doubles and the price will include a 'fat boys' breakfast!
Just so I can get an idea of numbers before I make the call, can you tell me if you would like a room, the more I book the cheaper it will be. The last few years it has been approx £55 (for up to 2 people).

4. Ed and wife (and baby)
5. Dale and Zoe
6. Tony and Michala

13. Roger and partner (Friday until Wednesday)
14. Colin
15. Eveline and Edwin (from Holland) (Friday and Saturday night)
16. Wayne and Joyce (Friday and Saturday night)
17. Kirby and Toyah

I am just gauging approximate numbers so I can make the call to get the best deal. Last Year I was able to cancel rooms up to the day before.
