Cant remember which brand, but I put poly bushes on the front of my scala. Too harsh for me, they got replaced with rubber within a month

Depends what you're looking for. Mine firmed everything up but I stayed away from poly engine mounts as I like my teeth intact. Other than that it's all poly

Do both roll bars and if you have a four branch fitted and you don't want it cracked do engine mounts as we'll. The rest are very optional.

Personally i'd rather stick a big flexi section into the exhaust than fit poly mounts. That and a mild steel rather than stainless, as much less prone to cracking

Fitted polybushes to the old gtx's anti roll bars and rear beam, small improvement in handing but was a lot harsher than rubber, its a shame vw have discontinued the bushes as theres not a lot of decent rubber bushes available now

I have the "prothane???" kit on mine, think it was about £70 from GSF. Didn't instal the side engine mount inserts as they wouldnt fit but the front and back mounts helped launch loads as it eliminates the rocking of the engine under hard acceleration. also got rear arb bushes from crazy qyiffs as the gsf kit doesn't include them. was gonna do the front when I uprate the arb's. I think it is well worth it for the cost and potential savings from by keeping your suspension alignment tighter. Rear beam is a pain getting the old bushes/bolt out (I recommend fire). mine is low stripped out and noisy so cant comment on sacrifice of comfort but I'd do it again
