Scirocco Register

As title,went out the other day for a run,and noticed my heater motor has stopped working ,was fine last week,wasn`t making any weird noises.
Have checked fuses ,all are fine.
Do they just pack up ? or should i be looking for something else ,before i go looking for a new one ?

check the ballast pack. and the wiring - from memory, there's 4 wires going to the switch. one is the live feed, the others are the switched outs - these will be similar colours, yellow with a tracer iirc. check the live feed - there's a big spade connector not far from the switch. make sure this hasn;'t come apart. also check you can spin the motor freely by hand
